THE AGREEMENT

A required Home Renovation and Staging Agreement will set the arrangement between you, the homeowner/client and Design-2-Sell, who you have partnered with to clean, renovate and stage your home in an aesthetic presentation that will excite prospective buyers. This contract sets out the specifics of the arrangement including the specific services to be rendered, guaranteed financing for staging and contracting services, and the terms and conditions of the agreement if applicable. This agreement will also include the provisions regarding maintenance of all furniture and home accessories remaining in the home during the staging/selling period.   

It is imperative that this agreement be clearly set out in writing, which proves invaluable in the event there are disagreements or misunderstanding.
