Disconnection of the existing water heater
The installer handling the permitting, unless local requirements specify permitting is the customer’s responsibility
Basic replacement of an electric or gas water heater in the same location with the same power source
Testing to ensure the new water heater is installed correctly and operating properly
Disposal of your existing water heater and cleanup of the jobsite
Additional fees may apply:

An emergency fee may apply if you need work completed the same day and you purchase the project after noon on that day or if you need the job completed on a weekend or holiday.
An additional fee will apply to installations where the water heater is located in an attic or crawlspace.
